REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your LuxiLashes purchase, it is important to note, we are unable to accept opened/used items due the nature of our products. 

Our 14 day satisfaction guarentee covers replacements for damaged or defective products. If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.

• Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt date.
• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
• If an item may be considered damaged or defective, please email support@luxilashes with your order number and a picture of the product.
• Once the product is reviewed and confirmed damaged or defective, you will be elegible for a replacement of that same item. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item to the payment method used to purchase the item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you choose not select Shipping Protection, Luxilashes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Luxilashes will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
